Satisfaction and Performance Guarantee

We believe that our installation services are the finest available in the industry. As a way of communicating this belief, we offer our Satisfaction and Performance Guarantee.

All Synergy installed projects will meet or exceed client expectations. Upon walk through with the client, if any quality defects are present, or expectations of our craftsmanship have not been met, Synergy will resolve the issues within ten (10) business days of completion of the walk through.

Synergy will warranty our craftsmanship for all Synergy project installations for a period of one (1) year from completion of installation. This applies to any craftsmanship defects, including: panel-to-panel connections, panel-to-panel electrical connections, attachment of panel or wall hung components, and leveling of all panels or components.

This warranty does not apply to any alterations performed by non-Synergy personnel during the warranty period, nor to any issues which are caused by manufacturer’s defects, nor to products which are required to be installed outside of the manufacturers’ recommended guidelines.
